Write to rafal.gorczynski.dev@gmail.com with a question, a bug or an idea for a feature. For a bug, describe what happened and how to get there, and give the app's version (Settings → Version), your iPhone or iPad model and the system version. A screenshot helps a lot.

User guide

Tap the User Guide banner at the top of Settings. It has every chapter with screenshots, a search and the frequently asked questions, in the app's language (Polish or English).

Plus: buying, restoring and codes

• A purchase belongs to your Apple Account, not to the device. On a new iPhone or on an iPad signed in with the same Apple Account, Plus comes back by itself.
• If it doesn't: Settings → Plus → Restore Purchases. The App Store may ask for your Apple Account password.
• Enter a promo code in Settings → Plus → Redeem Code, or in the App Store: your profile picture → Redeem Gift Card or Code.
• Plus for a year is an auto-renewable subscription. Turn off auto-renewal at least 24 hours before the period ends in Settings → Plus → Manage Subscription, or in the iPhone's or iPad's Settings: your name → Subscriptions. Plus keeps working until the end of the paid period.
• Both purchases also work for your family if you share purchases with Family Sharing.
• Payments and refunds are handled by Apple: ask for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com. I never see your payment details.

Complaints

If the app or Plus doesn’t work as described, write to rafal.gorczynski.dev@gmail.com (what happens, the app and system versions). I’ll reply within 14 days and fix the bug in an update. Refunds and withdrawal within 14 days are handled by Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com.

Backups

Your logbook, photos and spots are only on your iPhone or iPad, with no account or server. Deleting the app deletes them from the device. Make a backup before deleting the app or changing devices.

• A backup now: Settings → Your Data → Export Backup (JSON + Photos), and save the folder in Files, ideally on iCloud Drive.
• Automatic backups: Settings → Automatic Backup → Turn On Automatic Backup… and choose a folder, e.g. on iCloud Drive. The next backups save themselves when you open the app (daily or weekly); the 7 newest are kept.
• Backup password: Settings → Your Data → Backup Password encrypts every backup. Keep the password somewhere safe: without it a backup can't be opened, and I can't recover it.
• Restoring: Settings → Your Data → Import Backup, then choose the backup's folder. Importing adds only what's missing, so the same backup can be imported twice without duplicates.
• A new iPhone or iPad: make a backup on iCloud Drive, install Na rybach on the new device and import it.
• iPhone and iPad: each device keeps its own logbook, with no sync. Import a backup of one on the other; later edits and deletions don't travel by themselves.

Privacy

I don’t collect any data about you apart from e-mails you send me. What the app sends, and to whom, is in the privacy policy.
